What’s included in my inspection?

We inspect for Washington State SOP which includes:

Roof System & Coverings * Basement/Foundation * Crawlspace/Attic * HVAC Systems * Insulation & Ventilation * Plumbing & Electrical Systems * Fireplace/Chimney * Building Exterior & Interior

A detailed written and photographic report of the home will be emailed to you - usually within 24 hours.

How long does an inspection take?

A typical single family home inspection takes about 2 hours. We strongly encourage you to spend the first 10 minutes of the time with our inspector going over the inspection process, and the last 10 minutes discussing the preliminary findings. If your schedule allows you to be there for the entire inspection, we certainly welcome that too!

What does it cost?

Each home is unique, and pricing varies slightly based on the age and size of a home, but most single-family homes can be inspected for about 500$.
